I don't use it for performance. I use it to help prevent detonation. I've
got a
jetski I've been riding since '90, and it runs 190 PSI compression (vs. 115
stock). I either run half 92 octane, half TRICK ($3.75 a gallon), or I can
run
a 1/4 bottle of 104+ and 92 octane (per 5 gallons)-- or watch it blow up :(

My high compression 435cc dual sport bike runs at 10.5:1 compression,
vs. 9.2:1 stock... Same thing there. When hot, it'll ping like mad without
the 104 or trick.

Can't run trick in the Dakota (it's leaded), and $3.75 a gallon, 11 gallons,
$41.25
plus 92 octane at $1.40 a gallon, 11 gallons... $15.50, $56.75 a tank
fillup...
OUCH... Not to mention replacing the CAT every year to get smogged, etc.

104+ works to prevent detonation, which in turn gives more power vs.
not having it and pinging I guess! :P

... Bruce can tell ya.
