Yes, welding is required. I called around until I found a good
price and
took it in to a muffler shop. I paid 10.00 per weld, 3 welds,
30.00. If
your budget is that tight, buy the headers and y-pipe and
install them
when you have the money.

cool I will be looking forward to the pix and stats. Newbie
question
right here coming up.... Can the Leach headers be installed w/o
welding???? When I hear the words, 'comes w/ the Y pipe.' It
sounds as
if someone needs to make the cut before the cat and weld that
stuff in
there????? Can ya help a guy out here???? I make my mods
according to
my wallet. finding a welder doesn't sound like it is in the
budget....Thanks for the info.

Mike Leach does not have a web site. But, as soon as I
receive
my headers I
will be taking pictures and posting them to my site. If
anyone
wants to know
details, specs, or just as questions, just ask and I
will get
back to you
with them. You can buy the Leach headers for $430.20
plus
shipping uncoated.
This includes the Y pipe and all install hardware plus
CARB
exemption and a
lifetime warrantee.
