I'm sure that 32's would fit on narrow rims. I have a 10" wide rim.
 Combine that with a wide tire and it's over a foot across. It I had
[guessing] 3 " less width it probably wouldn't rub on the backside of the
wheel wells. Also I wouldn't plan on 32's being 32" either.
