I plan to take the truck and the headers to a muffler shop for an opinion. I know
it will be necessary to build a different Y pipe with places for 2 O2 sensors and
dual 2" outlets to go to the cat. Maybe he can use the Mopar 2.5" Y pipe, weld in
threaded places for the sensors, and cut it apart at the original Y collector and
weld on some pipe and reducers to fit into the cat. There HAS to be a way. Ane I
dont think the collectors run that close to the oil pan. Just wondering about the
difference in the tranny or its pan. Could that be a problem?

99 R/T
BTW G-tech results tonight with 2k miles on truck, stock except Mopar FABM with
Paper filter and full tank of gas;
Best 0-60 6.33 Bad wheel spin
Best 1/4 mile 15.32 @ 93 mph Bad spin again
Rear wheel HP 190.
Outside air temp 50 degrees.
Best 0-60 on 98 with 318 was 6.99
Best 1/4 on 98 was 15.44 at 90
So R/T is 1/2 second faster 0-60 and .12 faster in quarter.
(remember 98 had headers and catback)
