I have raced a couple of the 2-valve GT's from light to light and won
both times. The first was on slick pavement. I don't think he knew how
to drive as he launched it at around 3 grand. The second was on good
pavement and I pulled him by about a truck length. Both were 5-speeds
and both were disappointed. You shouldn't have a problem with your
5.9. Let me know how it turns out!
