DML:where to install amps on '98 CC

I want to transfer my audio system from another car to my Dak. I looked
around the cab area behind the front seats trying to picture where the
components will go. I have 2 amps (1 high and 1 for subs) and an Audio
control EQ/preamp. I don't see how I can install all that stuff back there.
the bins under the rear seats are not shaped correctly nor are they big
enough. Can the bins be taken out and will the bottom seat cushions still be
supported by the hinges? Where did all you audiophiles mount your equipment?

Let me know what you think about that Lance . I am
interested in that as
                well .

Seeing as how I have been out of the stereo scene for many
moons , if
anyone can recommend a good amp to go with them , I would
behappy .

I want to keep my factory AM/FM/CD/CASSETTE Infinity system
while using the
                Stealth Box .
