*SORRY* My cold medication is really kicking in, and I am
still trying to figure out the means of "don't forget the headlights."

No reason I can think off. I've run an open air cleaner
here in San Diego for 3 years.... Driving in very cold
(ok... 15 F. lowest) temps, very hot temperatures (119 F+)
etc... No adverse affects.

YMMV. Mine sure does.... Seems every other tank
full I keep telling myself "I'm only going to drive 65mph MAX
on this tank to see what kind of mileage I am getting", but it never
works.... Still running 70-85 mph daily.... Guess I won't be getting
more than 15 mpg for a while.
