The headers and CAT back will improve everything.
Low end will improve the most, and the midrange will
get snappier. The high (4800 on my truck) peaks
between 4400 and 4800 rpm, then falls off quite quickly.
It is one modification you can't go wrong with.

Since you live in the San Jose area, you should go to
the west coast DML meeting on the weekend of 15/16/17th
of this month (Jan). San Luis Obispo Friday night, then Saturday
go to Heart Castle, etc. etc... Checkout the web page for
the planned meeting point, times, etc.
