That is incorrect. Both the '98 and the '99 R/T use the 360 (5.9L). As
far as I know, the only differences are colors (you can now get it in
Solar Yellow), standard equipment (like fog lights), and having the rotary
headlight switch instead of the pull type (like all '99s).
