gettin more watts than you need is better than not gettin enough watts.
there's a "gain" control on the amp that you can change anytime you like.
like if you think it's not loud enough or if it's too loud then up and down
with the gain control. the prob you might hate is.. where are you going to
stash the amp? under the seat? need a small amp. but it might not have
enough power. go for a cadence ultradrive series amp. cheapest prices i know
of on the internet is WWW.Carmedia1.com they are cheap...

PS. i'd like to tell you a watt isn't a watt. different companies have
different ways of describing a watt. so don't be fooled if you see a lil cube
that says it can push 1,000,000 watts for 5 dollars and take it home to find
it is worse than your deck amp... you get what you pay for. RF amps are very
good and their power ratings are under rated...
