If you guys can get it to me on a CD ROM (or two or three), I can run it
through premiere and "Edit" it for a nice presentation and put some 3D
graphics, Titles and such on it...

Mike, I can take the video into my PC and convert to most
any format. From there, I can put it onto a CD (I have 2 CD
burners).... along with other items people might want to add to
the CD (cause it would be too big for the net).

My setup is an ATI Proturbo (8 meg) video card, with the
TV-Tuner add on card. The Proturbo is a PCI based card,
the tuner merely takes an ISA slot (for power only), and allows
for direct CATV input, S-video, or RCA... It only handles the
video source in, unless done through a F-connector (cable)
which carries both. If you run S-video or RCA you just need to
connect the sound source through you input on your sound card.
I am pretty happy with mine. Straight AVI captures are pretty big
though, and converting them to .mov (10:1 compression), took
me 1.5 hours for a 5 minute music video!! OUCH.
