My father in law and I just picked up his new 1999 4x4 Dak Sport Club Cab,
all the HD options, V8 etc etc etc....BEAUTIFUL.....
I still love my Bonzai Blue 92 V8 Dak 4x4, but I have a second recurrence of
the infamous paint peeling problem.....
About $1600.00 to repair damaged areas....Chrysler offered to pay only $500
or so.......I am thinking about a lawyer.......
Why can't Chrylser back up their stuff?? They KNOW there is a
problem.....They told me "We dont feel we have any liability here, but we'll
offer to pay $500........." ........ I think I'm being B-Sed.....
My truck has 103k miles on it, but other than the peeling areas, it looks
like new...I get compliments all the time.....Well, used to at least......
Chrysler claims that the high mileage is why they wont offer more.....
