My 92 4x4 started making noise in reverse after a few miles on a fresh 518
(46rh). Change your transmission fluid and use only MOPAR type 7176 fluid.
That solved my probs. You should only need 6 qts, but I bought a case from
the dealer @ $2.85 a qt.

So on these dodge's...you need to change the tranny fluid after only 1200
miles!? hmmmmmmmm...help me out guys did I just waste $23,500 plus tax?????
