Hey I am assuming you have the amplified infinity system...it sounds like you
have an intermitant ground-loop problem. Radio shack has a ground loop
isolator that should fix it...but I'm not sure if there is the correct
connections on the amp to recieve the rca's on the isolator, you may be better
of to take it back to the dealer if its still under warrenty or try a local
stereo shop...hope I got you headed in the right direction.
