Holy CRAP!! I would think something is wrong if the exhaust is scorching
the carpet inside. Sometimes my tranny hump will get a little warm but
nothing dangerous. I would think that the exhaust wouldn't be a problem
unless you were setting still with no air circulation under the truck,
or maybe the pipes were too close to the floor?
