None of your choices help much on the bottom end, I think you need more gear
not more power. For a little more power all around try compromising to stay
under budget; get a K&N drop-in, F&B Throttle body and straight-through
replacement muffler. You should be able to get all of these for about $200.
Then start saving up for the Mopar computer.
