I think it describes a basic shift-kit installation. I'm not a tranny
expert, just saw this in HPM and have been following some of the tranny
stories on this and other newsgroups. I drive my '92 Dakota w/318 pretty
hard, it has 138k miles & I've never had a hint of a problem from the A-518.
OTOH, I change the fluid & filter myself every 30-40k.......
