Always prefer real world examples over the theoretical - "it should work"
you get from the dealers, etc.
I don't mind spending a little to test things out, but the SBEC cost a bit
more then, say... that 3/4" chunk of wood everyone is talking about now.

I had a HP SBEC in my 94 Dak, it added TONS of low end torque! More than a
2-wd truck with 215/75R15 tires needs.
