Eric,
makes some sense... Im thinking the biggest benefit will be to reduce the
flow separation and associated turbulence at the inlet to the plenum! Maybe
if we can keep the flow from separating (going turbulent) the velocity
through the plenum and into the ports will be a bit higher! I still havnt
modified my manifold yet (got a used unit ready to go though...) We should
be back in the shop more or less this weekend!! (after our long absence due
to Frank's dad's illness)

  Bruce, this could be a good thing though, especially for the guys that did
the plenum reduction like me! You know the theory behind the internal
plenum
reduction, so if this riser would restore that plenum in the proper place
unlike the original intake plenum then I could believe the extra ponies it
may
produce! Make sense?
