Re: Champion truck sparkplugs

I had an arc-ing problem on my '92 318 Dak. My Jacobs 8.5mm wires were
shorting out to the heads. These were new wires replaced under lifetime
warranty 'cuz the old Jacobs wires (4 yrs. old) had little blue arcs all
over them in pitch dark. Real weird-looking. Anyway, I tried wire looms,
but had a tough time fitting 8.5mm wires in them, even with lube, etc. I
got the idea to use electrical tape to wrap and tie the wires away from the
engine and each other. It may be ugly but it works better than looms and
it's a HELLUVA lot cheaper!!
