Soaked Passenger FLOOR in 1998 Dakota

Has anyone had a problem with their passenger side floor being soaked with
water?

I took it to a dealer and they said it was the "AC Drain Plug?" And they
suppossedly fixed the problem.

Now the floor is even more soaked. Is there anyway to fix this myself??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
