2 cons I know of. 1 they can and do scratch off, but it can be touched
up. 2 they are permanent, and add a little weight.
I know a drywall contractor with spray-in on his Ram. He likes the non
skid aspect, but he gouges it up all the time with scaffolds and such.
He doesn't really care about looks though, only utility.
