So do dragstrip timers, they dont start until you move, just like the
G-tech. Reaction time could be 4 whole seconds, this does not mean that a 14
second run would equal 18 seconds! DOnt read into it too hard, it just
measures you reaction time to the green light. The timers start when you
trip the beams.

G-tech works very well without putting all that pressure on you. Airplanes
have used inertial navigation systems for years, the g-tech works on similar
principles.

The accuracy is +/- 1/10 sec and +2-3 mph.
