you can find the firing order casted onto the intake.

If i recall the cylinder number is also on the intake.

Yep, it's time to play another round of bone head meets plug wires.
Does anyone have the layout and firing order for the R/T plug wires and
distributor? How do you know if you engine is firing in the wrong
order? I noticed a couple stock wires were cut the same length. I
think I might have switched the wires on two of the plugs when I put 'er
all back together, oops. No, I didn't mark them, and now I'm screwed if
I have it wrong. I would expect the truck to run funny if I mixed up
the order. Ok, if you are standing in from of the truck with the hood
up, like a good little monkey. You have the passenger side, and the
driver side. Passenger side to you left and driver side to your right,
no your military right. What are the cylinder numbers for each side as
I have described it, and in the same standing position. what are the
matching distributor placements as well??? Thanks....
