That's really strange...I think the Splitfire Rep. must have woken up on the
wrong side of the bed. They've always been good tot he old shop I used to
work for when we had problems with them. (Problems like ceramic cracks and
"defect" plugs...defect meaning threads screwed up or cosmetic problems).
I'd call back again and ask for a different person.
With the cosmetic problems, they just asked what the part number was and
they either dropped them off, or shipped them via overnight courier. (You
can't call Champion or Bosch...or AC and tell them that you're not satisfied
because the plugs "didn't look right".)
