Well this is what you are suppose to have: one (1) 02-sensor on each exhaust
manifold, one (1) 02-sensor between both inlet pipes on front of cat and
finely one (1) 02-sensor about 1 foot after cat. This is if you have a -99
Dakota R/T with 5.9 liter engine. If you have a 5.2 liter you only have two
(2) 02-sensors. I think you should check it again, the numbers of
02-sensors. I work on these trucks all day long 5 days a week @ Huffines
Dodge in Lewisville, and I have checked it on more than 5 1999 R/T's the all
had 4 02-sensors.
