I've already been "Offroading" with my 2WD...you don't need a 4WD to do
that...besides, i've already put about 1000k offroad miles on the truck
without any problems. Where am I going to go offroading in my 2WD...let's
see:
Where i've already been:
Lassen County: Silver Lake (You have to drive 40mi offroad to get to it)
Nevada/Cal. Border: Blue Lake (Shale rock hills, old creek beds, nature
trails, fishing)
Lake Pilsbury: Old fire roads, "Powder House", and a great fishing spot.
Russian River: Petaluma, CA
Hollister, CA: Hollister Hills (4WD Testing and Playground...had to have
some fun)
Next plans/offroad trip are for New Mexico with my boys (7 & 6yr old) during
this summer.
