How about a good torque converter? B&M or TCI have one that they advertise
as "picking up 4 tenths in the 1/4 mile". I know, it's only advertised
numbers, but I've gone the converter rout on my 318 Dart (13.9 at 4,500
feet) and my '92 Dakota 4x4 CC 318. Both had a noticeable improvement. It's
definitely on my list of mods.
