Well it's not what it sounds like. While I was installing the clear lens I
stripped one of Torx screw that adjusts the headlights. Now my driver
headlight looks like its trying to signal outer space. I can see the top of
the big rigs perfectly, but I need to see whats in front of me on the
ground. And I am sure other drivers aren't too happy, I know I can't stand
it when I see one headlight out of whack. So my question is how do I get the
screw out so I can replace it? I was going to use some pliers to try and
unscrew it by the thread, but then the thread would become mangle and stuck
even more. Should I let the dealer deal with it? Do you think they would
charge for something like this? LOL. . . haaaahahah. Of course they would.
My dealer is supposedly the #1 volume dealer in California, Crown Dodge. You
would think this would be good, especially since they were voted a 5 star
dealership last year. BUT, unfortunately that means they have more cars and
trucks that need repairing since they sell so many. I will go first thing in
the morning and hope it doesn't take longer than an hour.
