Here we go again :-)
I prefer synthetic oil (Castrol Syntec or Mobil 1). As far as filters go, it
depends on how often you change your oil. If you are on a 3K mile interval, use
a Fram PH-16. If you go longer (like 5K) spend the extra bucks for a long life
filter like a Mobil 1.

Now get ready for every other opinion you can imagine :-)
