Is this true? The guy did adjust the toe as he said that would lessen

If it matters, he has 15 inch rims with 33x12.5 tires. (they may be

This is apparently true. What you are most likly talking about is out-of-
camber when you change the highth of a vehicle with the tortion bar it angels
the top of the tire in or out. I had this problem on an 85 Honda civic I
lowered about 8 years ago (same problem different altitude). When I took it to
the alighnment shop the guy said...with a big attitude... "how can I alighn it
when the tortion bar is wrong!!!" I asked him if he could just toe it in a
little bit to try to correct the wheel being tilted in. He said "HOW MUCH DO
YOU WANT ME TO TOW IT IN...HOW WOULD IEVER KNOW HOW MUCH TO DO IT??!!" I put
my tail between my legs and left. I went on to wear out 3 pairs of tire before
I got smart and put it back to the factory setting. Supposedly there are what
they call camber kits that are suppsed to compensate for the out-of-camber.
You may have him look the truck magazines and call afew places to see if they
might make a kit. I also have been told by other Honda owners that did the
same thing that they had better luck with a different alignment shop that just
toed each side in a little bit.
Good Luck
