  The left and right magnum heads are identical; (there isn't a
"left head" and a "right head"), so if it bugs you, you could swap
the valve covers. I've never taken off my valve covers, so I can't
say what is involved for certain, but as far as I know, it just
involves removing the 10 bolts around the sides of each valve
cover. Be careful not to drop anything (including dirt) into the
valvetrain.
