I thought I'd change the subject line, 'cause the thread with the
other heading was getting off topic. Ryan, thanks for the info. I
called Essex Distributors and he said he'd sell the Carbon for $56
CDN. I visited zymols site, and they don't say to apply the
Creame/Carbon by bare hand. For the "estate waxes" (the $500+ ones),
they do, but they describe quite a time-intensive method for waxing
with the Carbon. By their recommendations, it would take a few hours
just to do the hood! I suppose you can apply it like any other wax
right? I usually do 1/2 hood, 1/2 roof, and a fender, then once I'm
done waxing the third panel, the first one I started with has "dried"
and I then go polish all 3. Repeat for other panels. Took about 2
hours to wax my Avenger. Haven't waxed the Dak yet. I'm going to try
Meguiars Gold Class first, preceded by Meguiars Pro Swirl Removal, all
applied by hand (w/ applicator). Thanks for the time.
