Good choice! Speaking of LINEX... I FINALLY GOT MY NERF BARS ! !!

Got them sprayed by the Linex folks last week and had them installed
today... I got pictures and will get them put up in a day or two....

CONSUMER WARNING: I ordered my bars from Tarheel 4x4...... they quoted me
$204.95.... they set up an appointment for that Friday. Thursday comes... I
call to confirm and they say "Ooops... we don't have any in stock... we
have to order them... should have them in by Monday". Arrggghh... Ok
fine... call me when they get here..... WEEKS go by... I call and call and
call.... just bout to give up (after 6 weeks) and VOILA! They have them...
but can't install them for another week... <sigh>. Ok... so I go to get
them installed today. They look great! Only.... they charged me $265.00.
When I questioned it, they said since I didn't have a written quote.....
The salesman did say he would talk to the manager and issue a refund if he
remembered quoting me the lower price..... (Maybe in six weeks or so I will
get a call... OR NOT)

<WHEW>

Off the soapbox...
