   Hmmm... The only thing I can think of is maybe 45358 is for the
"normal" thermostat? I used p/n 65358, which is the Stant "Heavy
Duty" "Superstat" thermostat. One way to check would be to look
at the price. When I bought my thermostat last year, the regular
version was about $2.50 and the heavy duty was about $5.00. I got
the heavy duty because the construction looked to be better (thicker
components, etc) and also because it has a lifetime warranty whereas
the normal one didn't.

  Just so we get all the part numbers into the same message, the
gasket I used was a Stant 27138. :-)
