Good luck.... The 4200 number sounds about right. I believe the GVWR
you mentioned includes a payload. I think the truck can haul a few
thousand lbs., and a load is in the 1700 lbs. range or so. Does that
make since???? If you add about 1500 lbs. to your 3920, it is pretty
close at eye ball level.

        Got my answer...and yes you're correct. The GVWR of 5160 is
with the Dak
        TOTALLY loaded...bed and all. On my registration, the Unladed
weight was
        only 3920...waaaaaay too much of a difference.

        Anyway, I got a hold of the Dodge Consumer Hotline and went
through some
        ideas with them about the "guesstimated" weight of my Dak:
        4200-4300LBS...Max.

        So....i'm going to give the G-Tech a few test runs with 4200,
4250, & 4300
        and see what happens. (Atleast until I can get a accurate weight
from the
        Dumps Scale.)
