squeaking noise?

I have this squeaking noise coming from the back possibly the driver
side. It's only when I go over hard bump like pot holes. Is this normal
i didn't really notice it in the winter? This is my first truck so i
don't know if something needs to be lubed or something. any advice is
always greatly apreciated.
