I used Mobil 1 5W-30 in my ex-Neon and when it got hot it was like
water-thin. Couldn't imagine how it could lubricate anything. If your
seals have loosened up a bit they may leak (I think they had that in their
literature). For my Contour (F.O.R.D.) I've been using Mobil 1 10W-30 from
the 5W-30 dino oil) with no decrease in mileage. If your considering towing
in the summer you might want to consider the 15W-30 blend. The Midas
(Northern NJ) shop I go to gives a free change every 5th or 6th change, for
about $40 a change.

Soon to be MOPAR MAN, Just waiting for my DAK to Arrive!
Black Clearcoat on Mist Gray, CC, 4X4, SLT+, loaded. Got to get hands on a
MOPAR Performance Catalog as I already want to make changes. The info you
provide here is great. Keep it up!
