  Yep, you're one of the lucky ones. :-)

  In the 1994 model year, Dodge changed the fuel setup. No longer is
there a fuel pressure regulator with a return line back to the tank.
Its all done by the computer now. As a part of the change, the fuel
filter/screen was moved to the inside of the gas tank. I haven't had
to change mine yet, but its supposed to be a big hassle. I've heard
from several sources that its much easier to pull the bed off the
truck than to drop the tank.
