Anything is better than the stock plugs that came in the truck.
NGK, Champion Truck Plugs, SplitFire (Personal Favorite) are among the top.
i also had a problem with my #6 wire from the factory. (They decided to
route it across the heatshield and it had a burn spot on it.)
