If new they "pop" when ya' cook em/crank 'em in... ;-) No torque wrench for me.

hmmmm... 'till it's tight :-) I don't know of
anyone that uses a torque wrench for spark plugs; just
screw it in until it seats on the head, and then about
1/4 of a turn with a socket
