clean it by blowing air through it, but it didn't work. Can an EGR valve
be cleaned? If so, how?
How much do they cost new at the dealer?
Can I buy an aftermarket one and how much do they cost?
Would getting one from a Junkyard be a bad idea and what's the cost
there?

You can clean them yes. No you can't buy them at a parts store, dealer only
item. I called about 30 some odd auto parts stores and no one carried them
nor could anyone get them for my 93. WHen my electrical connector was shot on
mine, it cost me $87, which included the gasket. Don't go the junkyard route
with an EGR valve either. Good Luck
