     That white stuff beneath the top layer of the decal is a bit of pain.
     It helps alot if you can do it in the sun, so it keeps the panel warm.
     I sprayed WD40 on a cloth and soaked the white stuff to loosen the
     adhesive. I've heard that gasoline works too, but I'm leary about it.
     Either way, using a petroleum product will probably remove the wax if
     you have any. I haven't waxed mine yet so I'm okay. Also, WD40 washed
     off fairly easily with soap and water, so I don't think it'll damage
     my paint (better not!). Once soaked, I gently scraped it off with my
     fingernail. Took a while, but take your time. It'll come.
