Well the reason that he lowered it to 16 mph over is
because in Colorado it is a 4pt violation.
The reason I know is because I was messing around with
a S-10, kinda like stop light internationals. Well we
finnaly got to a light that we both had a open lane on
a red light, we both took off as hard as we could go.
I was racing some kinda s-10 exteme and was losing he
got the jump and I was about a car length behind him
trying to close the gap but he was getting away from
me. All the sudden he cut the fuel and put on the
brakes I passed him right up. I let off after I passed
him only to coast and sure enought out of no where
here comes a cop on my ass.
Pulled me over and he had me at 47 in a 25, Gave me a
ticket for 41 in a 25 (again 16 mph difference) which
is the max for a 4pt viloation or it would have been 6
points if he would have written me up for a 47 which I
was going.
This happend last Sunday to me.
