Eric, I think what is throwing us is the date. Should that be "built before 10/02/98" not 99?
Thanks for the info. Gonna carry mine in cause the vibration is sure there at 75 to 80 mph when I have to floor it to pass on country roads. (Hope this justifies the higher that 70 speed limit). Thanks again.........

Actually it says it's for CC R/T's built before 10/02/99, so not all '99's But your dealer may not care about the date.
