This is probably how they GOT their 98 Expedition and the 99 Z-71
pickup........ ;-[

I was once involved in a <5mph accident...I rolled into a car a stop
light.....we were about 5 feet apart and fully stopped......I
misinterpreted her taking her foot off the brake and moving as an
indication tha she was actually gonna GO !!! (#$%^@^@&)

She claimed like $3,000 in damage (there was already damage to her
car!)......and my ASSHOLE insurance company paid it.....

Don't stand for it......Try to get witnesses, get a lawyer,
whatever......DOnt just think that the insurance company will "handle"
it....They will do whatever is best in their own interests, not yours...

I have been rear-ended 3 times and had my rear bumper (a heavy duty Bundy
Bumper) bent and dented...bolts snappped, etc.....But I didnt even think of
trying to get "whiplash" money.....

Theyre trying to screw ya.....Dont bend over for them....
