Jason,
I just installed my SS coil today. I screwed it into the fender liner just a
couple of inches away from the stock location. I used 1.5" X 8/32 sheet metal
screws to hold it in place. I cut the wires about 2" away from the connector
that goes to the bottom of the stock coil and crimped on the terminals
included with the coil. The existing coil wire needed to have the rubber boot
trimmed about 3/8" to go over the "post" of the coil. I had a couple of
friends "helping" so it took about 4 hours to do the coil and regap the plugs
ot .045". If I'd done it alone, maybe 1 hour, tops, for coil and plugs.

Question: Does the coil have to be grounded? I didn't see an obvious ground on
the MSD like there is on the OEM.
