You'd probably be able to see some ghost marks on a red '97 huh? I was
thinking about removing them but I'm afraid the sun might have faded the
surrounding paint...Any ideas?

Nah, he's full of crap, I took mine off thursday
(black truck) and waxed it when I was done, you can't
tell that the decals ever existed, at any angle. Good
