In a message dated 99-05-03 17:34:20 EDT, you write:

<< From what I understand there is a adapter plate with it to allow

I just got an M-1 drilled for injectors. There's definitely some work
involved. You'll need to fabricate an adapter to mount a stock TB to the
4BBL pattern. The adapter has to be about 2" high in order for the throttle
linkage to clear the fuel rail. Also, the adapter has to be stepped so that
the stock throttle cable bracket will clear the adapter. I fabricated a two
piece adapter. The bottom half looks like a 4BBL carb spacer but the hole in
the center is small like the TB. The top half looks like the top of a stock
manifold.

The M-1 has no provisions for EGR (I'll have to figure out how to trick the
computer not to turn on the check engine light, or else just disconnect the
bulb.). There will also be a shortage of vacuum ports, as the intake has
only one bung for a vacuum tree. Upper radiator hose water neck is like an
LA small block, and so is the bypass outlet. The fuel rail can be bolted up
but the brackets are 2" away from the holes, so you'll need to make some
spacers. There's no provision for the manifold temp sensor. I made a
bracket for mine and plan to mount it under the intake runners (we'll see if
this works or not).

That's what I've seen so far. I won't know the full story until my heads get
back from the shop and I reassemble this thing.
