Good question. I also got the HD group when I picked up the truck
from an out of town dealer two weeks ago. The next day I ordered the
tow hitch from the local dealer, I have the receipt. I'm waiting for
it come in to be installed. Seems to me since I have the receipt
where I bought the hitch two weeks ago, they should give it to me free
since this was before the change.
